Strange thread but bear with me. My little brother has been to Ohio this week with his band on an all expenses paid trip to play a piece of music with an orchestra and choir at a university out there. He was picked up in a white stretch limo from the airport and the gig they played sold out. I've just looked at his Facebook and its full of lovely comments from his new friends.

He hasn't got it easy, his Cystic Fibrosis is a bitch of a condition and he's Bi Polar on top of that. Losing Dad knocked him for six too.... Today I'm sitting in between lessons at work with tears in my eyes - I have never been prouder of him in his entire life. I don't actually think I've ever been prouder of anyone in my entire life.

I just wanted to share it with you.

Oh my word - what an achievement in its own right besides all the obstacles he has had to overcome.

This is so lovely to read and you should be beaming with pride.
