DX is THE WORST logistics/ delivery service in the U.K.!!🤬

Their office hours aren’t even 24/7 which for a 7 days a week delivery service is bizarre.

The drivers lie about attempting deliveries.

Badly Damaged Goods.

Next day delivery? Forget about it.

Parcel Tracking System is a joke.

Anybody else need to get something off their chest? 🤬😡

If you read DX's reviews, Almost all of them tend to call call DX either liars, fraudsters or even worse.

Never buy from any company using DX as a courier.

You got DX, we got Fastway, same problem. DHL never let's us down. If a company uses a courier service we don't like we make contact to switch service or we don't purchase. It soon sorts it out. Reviews mean fuck all, but dir3ct contact and a loss of a good sale means everything.

All couriers can be pretty awful

They are only as good as the drivers at the depot local to you

At work, we put our parcels the way of 5 companies (we send thousands of orders out each day)

The most consistent, in my professional experience, are DPD

Evri are just as bad with there deliveries they email you to tell you they got your parcel give you a time then it’s gets closer to the time then they give you a new time then email you to say they couldn’t make it after & will call the day after wtf what a waste of a day staying in for nothing

But....

Going shopping for something to actual shops non of this courier bollox, see an item pick it up, assuming it's clothing try it on , happy with said item go to till pay for it,go home everyone is happy

It's funny, because Hermes I'd the God of transport, logistics etc, but the actual myth is that Hermes delivers the dead to Heides, which was often how it felt

Even their own staff refer to them as Drop it, Hide it, Lose it.

Amazon.

I live in an apartment block. Frather than deliver parcels apartments they're addressed to (and paid to be delivered to) they dump then in reception where anyone can "claim" them. So many go missing. Hundreds of complaints to Amazon. Apparently their policy allows for 10% losses, so when they deliver to apartment blocks they just dump and go.

They reckon if something goes missing the seller replaces it. Unless of course Amazon say its been delivered.

So anyone who's parcel goes missing is fucked over.
