I'm very familiar with the amount of single men that are struggling to get any replies to their messages.

However when you have zero pics other than friends only ones and none or very little detail in your profile. What do you expect?

A girl cannot live on fresh air alone. Please guys we are looking for you so please can you do better and do the basics so we don't just ignore you or delete your messages?

We want to give you a chance but come on we need some effort to be made.

I realise a lot of guys do make effort and it's appreciated.

Similar attitude, but by just deleting there's a fair chance the same will be in touch at a later date, only to go through the same excuses why they won't share pictures, while asking for ours and feeding their fantasies.. No thanks 😘

I love those profiles.

They're a very useful filter and make it easy to make a decision to move on to someone else.

Imagine how hard and frustrating it would be if every profile was great? If every profile had brilliant images and we'll written text?

It would make choosing who to engage with much harder, not easier. 🤷‍♂️

I don’t get it. Surely if there’s loads to choose from then the single blokes with no pics don’t need to be chased for pics?

Seems to me that everyone thinks they know how fab works, but only based on how they want it to work for them. What some don’t see is that it’s different for everyone and if everyone did the same thing then there would be nothing to choose from and no way to stand out… ….I don’t mind chatting with faceless profiles if they intrigue me. People who play the game by their own rules are beautiful, even without public pics!

I think it's a good filter.

If I get a wink or message from a silhouette, it's an instant delete.

Same if someone has only written one line, there's nothing there to entice me.

I do wonder why many can't recognise that low effort blank profiles are the reason they can't get replies to messages etc. They seem to be the ones always moaning in updates or on here, that nobody meets them.

I always try to balance my albums in both but because I don't want to be identified by someone who might know me, face pics wind up in the friends-only section only appearing in the public album if I don a masquerade mask 😉

I find it annoying too when there are no public photographs on a profile. I guess some people really do value privacy.

I do have public photographs that don't include my face, but I'm more than happy to provide a face pic on a message.

I do take time and care when preparing messages, but I still get virtually no replies.

Thank you, I really appreciate that, it means a great deal. It's wearing me down. A simple 'Not interested' confirms that I actually exist! I do try to write proper messages, not just one liners and I was getting very disheartened. It's good to know thst there are people like you out there.
