It's an earlier album from 1973, I think.

Haha, not exactly historically accurate. May as well have a song about a week in the life of a unicorn.

I refute your claims! Don't listen to that advice people, just spreading lies about our truth 🧐

All the Horrible Histories songs 😁

Many of them are wonderful parodies of popular songs

The Dick Turpin song parodies Adam and the Ants

The Charles Darwin song parodies Bowies Ch-ch-ch-changes

The Cleopatra song parodies Lady Gaga

Charles Dickens - The Smiths

Vikings - Simon and Garfunkel

The Four Georges - every boy band, ever

There are more...

There is a Henry VIII song, but not that one.

Oh, and the Horrible Histories Kings of England song, which lists them all since William I, is brilliant. It's how I can name every King and Queen in order. My daughter's generation, who grew up with it, all know it (okay, they're all Oxford grads, and therefore inherently geeks, but still).

McCartney's "Pipes of Peace" was more a general commentary of love over conflict, but the video was very specific, depicting the 1914 Christmas truce between British and German troops in World War I for a game of footy. ⚽️
