From what I have read, it is not a good idea, what most do is print a mould to cast a silicone toy

Theres so many plastics available not its easier to print them then a few years ago.

But the above poster us right.

Print the mould and make them that way.

Ive done this a few times.

I did a little research and some toys are made from ABS and TPE.

Medical silicone for rubber ones.
