which is your favorite egg to get.

which was your first one, if you remember it.

mine is a crunchie egg, although, milk chocolate is best.

first ones were hand painted hard boiled eggs, often rolled down a hill

Well that probably wasn't the answer OP wanted ⬆️

.

I used to love Smarties eggs, when they had loose Smarties inside. You could shake the egg like a maraca...

Or Buttons.

I miss the joy of Easter Eggs on Easter Sunday.

I have a Mini Eggs one, from work, which I chose from a selection of:

Mini Eggs

Buttons

Malteasers Bar

Celebrations

Minstrels

What happened ?? When did they stop coming in two halves with the wee sweety inside?

Instead now the egg is a hollow solid with the sweets in the box?

Now you can't make that sensible decision to eat half and leave half wrapped in the foil (never happened), you have to smash it into bits and you don't know which bits came from which half and you have to eat the whole thing!! Actually......no complaints here.

Tonypandy.

I think they are a waste of money. Prefer to just have a chocolate bar.

It’s been years since I’ve had a real Easter egg, other than an occasional creme egg.

It used to be 6 but they get smaller every year so probably about a dozen now.

You still can - have some in the back of my mug cupboard.

I always go for a mini eggs - classic. I have however been eyeing up the Ferraro Rocher one

Haven't eaten proper chocolate in 12 years so the only Easter egg I've had in that time was a Nomo one.

Does anyone remember when Cadbury made the Squegg. Just a square Easter egg. A cube rather than the traditional egg. Think it only lasted a year.

You know what I like more than an Easter egg (I still want both) but chocolates shaped like some festive thing. They just taste better when it's chocolate in the shape of an easter egg or a bunny or whatever.

I don't mind what I get, as long as they haven't spent £12 on a bloody egg. I saw one for £34 the other day!

I've not had easter eggs as an adult but I remember one when I was a kid that was huge and shaped like a clock with a small egg under each number I also remember chocolate button ones.

We used to paint eggs with my grandma after we had blown them
