Ive seen alot of profiles with pics/vids as old as 7/8 years old and no knew ones.

Surely we should be updating them regular

We update our pics to suit ourselves, when we are good and ready. Do you know how many fucks we give if people think they are too old… I bet you can guess.

The thing is OP you could upload an old picture today, and it would have a date stamp of 2025. So unless you want people posing with a copy of the day's newspaper you probably won't ever get what you want.

As a man with a silhouette profile and friends only pics and vids, you obviously like to look at others with no reciprocation - yours could be 10 years old and nobody would know!

But yes, we should be updating them so they show who we are now. If pics are good by all means they should be kept on, but along with recent ones. Having only old ones comes across as a bit catfishy.

As long as whatever photos someone has actually reflect and look like them now, I don't really care about the date on them. 🤷‍♂️
