Not usually into moaning about anything on here and this is more of expressing surprise rather than anything else. I also assume is not uncommon and happens a lot.

Basically it seems to me that people may view profiles but don't realy read them properly or take any notice of people's prefences and compatibility with one another. Some messages, admitedly some of them just 'hi', are from people who obviously just fire messages at anyone whether compatible or not. Even worse when during conversation it becomes obvious they have ignored everything you said about preferences as if tryingt to change your mind. Just baffles me, that's all

I've had a few messages over the years from people who aren't even that subtle.

These were introductory messages, usually from couples but also a few women.

They were happy to tell me that my bio was bull and they knew that I knew that too and was just taking the piss.

I was too old and too straight to ever be successful here(they obviously missed the veris) and they could fix that for me.

If I shaved the beard off and agreed to play bi they would consider adding me to their to-do lists.

The choice of flippant language was not mine. That was exactly what they said.

Idiot, time waster, loser, geriatric were other words used when I politely told them to fuck off.

I've ran it through the Fab database Nora and apparently we have a 73.2% compatibility. Which isn't good news for this thread.

I keep my message filters up so nobody can message me first. Every now and then I’ll play roulette and take them down… but generally, it allows me more control over randoms who I know aren’t compatible

That relies on two things.

Some people putting the effort into reading.

Some people not taking the lazy scattergun approach of just messaging anyone of the right gender, or who's close by, or.....who has a pulse. 🤷‍♂️😂😂
