People will label them and always suspect them of wrong doing. I was accused of something I hadn't done and cleared my name in court yet the fact I was charged and appeared in court it appears on my CRB and has caused major issues over the years... | |||

It is innocent until proven guilty which is why in an ideal world being named shouldn't matter, human nature being what it is though there will always be some who make their minds up before any court case. I am in two minds about naming suspects, after all murder suspects are named but it does tarnish innocent peoples lives and that can't be right or just either. | |||

Unfortunately, a large number of 'human beings' on this planet have become incapable of living without the filth that a certain type of media feeds them with on a regular basis and I find it has become impossible for me too to stay impartial. Once named, twice shamed has become a way of life for some! Deplorable and sad world we live in sometimes! | |||
