For me there's a sparkle or twinkle. Doesn't necessarily need to be a naughty twinkle, maybe something innocent or just naive.

I also like how women's eyes look after they've been crying (preferably tears of joy).

Having two is always a good starting point!

One's ok if you're a pirate - just not if it's in the centre of the forehead!

And any more than two should ne a warning sign - even if they are often needed as sometimes an extra pair in the back of your head comes in handy! Sometimes you need to watch your back!

There was a story in the paper this week about a lady who had an eyelash transplant from her head hair and had to trim them as they grew like hair.
