Hi pals,

I’ve got some free time so thought I’d do some plans for any of my fellow fabber that want one!

I’m a reps 3 certified, background in body recomps and competition preps. Mainly work with over 30’s.

What kind of thing do you do? I'm trying to get back in shape but struggle due to a knee injury but have just been told I have high cholesterol so really need to give my self a kick

So no plan needed, but I've always been interested in the cycling of bulking and cutting. How do I figure out maintenance calories and to wait extent do counting calories need to be accurate when accounting for the copious amount of Mini Eggs I've been eating 😅

Imagine us over 50s!

OP, I am interested- very. Need to lose 2 stone following a very serious injury which is still compromising my mobility. I can walk slowly, but I can’t jump yet or do any sort of high impact exercise which is making things very difficult…
