A Domme I played with had a hot flush towards the end of our session. Not much I could do, strapped down, but it's an important reminder that both sides need aftercare.

I think a good way of thinking about it is you're getting tenderised, like how you'd beat a steak to thin it out and cook it faster.

Always feels like a workout trying to find a comfy way to sit down for a couple of days.

Haha it’s not often I’m getting tenderised, I’m more likely to the the one with a hot flush and a good reminder to have ice on hand 🤣
