Do you get on an average night?

Time was when i used to get 8 - 10 hrs a night now im lucky if i get 5 !

Dont mind so much though as it doesnt really affect my day, love being up early but an occassional lie in would be nice !!!!

Same here and usually quite a disturbed night, lie in's only happen if I work late ie normally up around 6 am so anything beyond that is a lie in

What is this sleep thing you talk of??? As a diagnosed clinical insomniac, lucky if I get 5 hours a week.

About 4/5 for me, but it has to be after one or I wake up before I need to get up and that leaves me tired.

Not much sleep. I'm a nighthawk (especially when I read the Forums late at night!)

Week/work days, 5h or less, hence I catch up on my sleep during weekends.

No matter what shift I am on, I can't go to bed much before midnight/01:00h.

Without chemical intervention I'm lucky to get a total of 4 hours and even that is broken sleep. Over the counter medication ensures 6 - 7 hours a night and I can function on that . I dream of having a spell of 8 hours a night.

Im a bit of an insomniac and tend to have a monthly cycle of 1 or 2 hours solid a night which leads to 2 or 3 nights of no sleep then sparko for a night of 8 hours deep solid sleep then back to 1or 2 hours of solid sleep, got used to it over the years but Donna use to find it strange to the point of thinkin I was wierd
