Hello everyone. Just recently purchased a very nice camper van and looking to get into naturism. I often sunbathe nude in the garden ( private ) but now wish to extend my interests to beaches. I know of morfa, studland and holkham but undecided which is considered the best..

Thank you. That's much appreciated.

Each beach will have its pros and cons.

So you will have to consider, parking, walk to the beach, flat or hilly, facilities, sand or pebble beaches and whether or not you like sand dunes. The wind will also play a huge factor.

British Naturism will have tons of info on the subject.

Holkham is pay parking and quite a long walk from car parking to the beach and then an even longer walk to the naturist section. It’s a fantastic long wide sandy beach, but it’s the North Sea,which is cold and sandy,so doesn’t look enticing. There are sand dunes but these can be patrolled if you are looking for any off the beach activity.

Morfa Dyffryn is so easy if you have a camper, 4 + camp sites all within in 20mins walk to the naturist beach . Making it easy to park up for a few days without moving the camper .

Holkham is stunning. We go when ever we get the chance . It's a long walk (40 mins) from the car park tho . No place to pull over with the van . It's not necessarily an easy walk either . Well worth it when there just make sure you have everything when you leave the van haha

Look up Nudist Compass. It can be a bit like this place, lots exchanging pictures and having fantasies, but it is all so a list of beaches and nudist sites. It will tell you what each beach is like, rather like club reviews here.

Holkham is great, but Studland is incredible! My wife and I have been to Slapton in Devon which is beautiful.

I go to Holkham fairly regularly when the weather allows. Gorgeous beach.

If you approach it from the nort, Burnham on sea, you'll get a massive walk along the creek, about a mile, then have a small sandune to go past, this is really great if you like the film 'Ice cold in Alex.

I would say Studland is my favourite followed by Morfa ,Holkham was better when they allowed naked sunbathing in the dunes ,on a windy day the sand blowing across the beach can be unbearable

Slapton is a nice beach but the sand is quite course and made my feet sore walking on it

St Osyth is my least favourite

St Osyth is my nearest official beach and it’s pretty grim. Its single saving grace is that it’s well known for naughty behaviour!
