All over

I have just broken a beautiful lamp as accidentally knocked it of the little table as I was moving some furniture. It can never be replaced and was from my dear mum. Absolutely devastated. What have you broken (or lost) that can never be replaced and was very precious to you?

Maybe some kind of professional could fix it

I lost a beautiful expensive gold necklace which was the first gift my late partner gave me

I broke my engagement ring.

Lost our wedding photos...

There's a theme here😳😂

The ring can be fixed and I had some of the photos saved so that's something.

I lost a charm bracelet my grandparents gave me on my 18th, that still makes me sad

Actually nothing, I've been annoyed and cross when a work tool breaks but that's more an irritation than anything. I'm one of those emotionally devoid persons that doesn't form attachments to anything or anyone it seems

It is but these things happen.

You should definitely look into getting the lamp fixed and if not make a mosaic from the pieces so you still have it with you

All childhood photos, parents' wedding album. Really pretty Indian dresses and jewellery my mum kept for me. Everything from childhood.

I have 1 photo of my parents from their wedding day, none of my brother and I growing up. That's it. A lot has gone.

I have my Mums Moorcroft lamp

Having never had anything of any real expense in her life, it was something she treasured

Even though it's not really my style, I would be mortified if any harm came to it

I am truly gutted for you MB
