Was a recent change to my diet and routine since I discovered my childhood neglect caused my body to have a defect with my stomach not being able to digest food at a normal rate since when i was a child i didnt eat as much as i should have been eating, it caused my body to develop in a way that prevented it from being able to sustain nominal daily calorie intake for a 6 foot male with a mix of ectomorphic and mesomorhpic body types. My metabolism is high but I feel nausea if I eat too much for my stomach to digest food quick enough over a 3-4 day period. It actually had some really positive changes to my weight and muscle gain. It's very slow gains but they're steady so I'm happy now that I feel healthier and fitter 💪😌 | |||

Yeah I have to go through fasting cycles. Was a recent change to my diet and routine since I discovered my childhood neglect caused my body to have a defect with my stomach not being able to digest food at a normal rate since when i was a child i didnt eat as much as i should have been eating, it caused my body to develop in a way that prevented it from being able to sustain nominal daily calorie intake for a 6 foot male with a mix of ectomorphic and mesomorhpic body types.
