do you have your last cup of tea or coffee of the day and do you worry it might be affecting your sleep?

Coffee: lunchtime

Tea: there's no cut-off, I'll have a cuppa right before bed.

Thankfully I'm not sensitive to caffeine. I gave up caffeine for a few years after a sleep study, but it made zero difference so may as well enjoy it!

I drink one cup of coffee at breakfast. Occasionally I have a second with lunch but not often.

Always a brew about 11pm - unless I'm on the gin.

I hadn't thought til just now.. but that could explain why I don't sleep much 🤔🤔

In the west.

I don’t drink tea and I only have a couple of coffees per day, three at the most. The latest I have it is 3pm.

Dont drink tea.

But coffee usually just before I go to sleep.

No I dont think it has any effect on my sleep.

With or without I usually take at least 30 minutes to go to sleep.

Can be alot longer too.

Last caffeinated drink is around 1pm, I only drink one a day despite my near legendary love of coffee. Even when I did drink caffeinated all the time it never affected my sleep.

I can drink tea or coffee right before bed and go straight to sleep. It doesn't affect me at all.

I can drink coffee into the evening and I still have a superpower to sleep as soon needed too. I drink it more for the taste rather than benefit from a particular energy boost, so swings and roundabouts I guess.
