What is the last thing that you baked?

I've stopped buying sweet snack foods, so I guess I'll be baking when I get a sweet craving! My daughter and I baked peanut butter cookies and chocolate concrete tonight.

Very basic syrup sponge in the microwave.

It should be horrendous but for some reason it always turns out really nice.

Not baked, but I made butter on the weekend! Did some salted. And another bitch with salt and rosemary.

Before then I was deparate for a cake but had no scales so winged all the measurements. Apparently 7 level tablespoons of flour is approximately 100g. So that's now a thing! Anyway, it didn't come out half bad.

Cooked in a bread tin, and ate it immediately, sliced with jam on whilst still warm. It was delish!

Coconut raspberry muffins more than a year ago. I love muffins because you don’t have to be precise and you don’t have to mix it in all that well.

I made them to impress a man 🤦‍♀️

Can't remember the last think, but I do know when. It's when I realised "Hello Fresh" was expensive for one person

Banana bread a couple of months ago. I used to bake a couple of times a week when the sproglets still took packed lunches to school. I've lost touch with my inner domestic goddess.

1313 Mockingbird Lane…

I attempted to recreated the cake from the movie Drag Me To Hell for a friend.

They never said what was in the cake, but it was called a Harvest Cake. So I made a Pumpkin & Apple cake with seeds & nuts.

Was really good
