Just had a chat with my brother and ended the the conversation with "..yeah I'm just going to pass you over to MY mum..."

I'm so shit at talking.

I get nervous on the phone...at work I sometimes introduce myself on phone as Mrs A......

I get so tongue tied at work and get frustrated with myself if I can't get out what I want to say in my head...I sometimes write down what I want to say over the phone to someone..

I can be very abrupt on the phone, hence I do not like to use it, and prefer to use written communications.
