I work with someone who has this and I know how debilitating it can be

I hope it's not too uncomfortable for you

Think I'm one of the fortunate ones and been caught early, I've no eaten away vulva, so for now I'm on a maintenance program, lifelong condition but hopefully no more deterioration.

Long may it continue...

The girl I work with has tried everything. It got better when she was pregnant but came back with a vengeance

I have a small patch, not really causing any problems, just sometimes need to use a topical corticosteroid.

Probably easier to manage for men, damp areas are difficult to maintain. Have you had it for long?

You are probably right. I've had it for about 15 years I think, initially there were three patches and two cleared up with the steroid cream and haven't returned. A friend who is a bit older than me has just been circumcised because his was causing him issues though.
