Gene simmons is charging upwards of 12k for a "special ticket", where you carry his equipment, make his coffee ( it literally says brew his coffee the way he likes it on his website..)

&..

Sting charges fans where you can pay HIM to pick grapes on his Italian vineyard.

Those are some "paying to work" deals..

&..Mick fleetwood I read a few years ago was charging around 5 grand where you could meet him after the gig..(meet and greet).

Have you ever bought any of these types of experiences?

Would you?

If i paid mick fleetwood 5 grand I'd want him to clean my house and mow my lawn for the next 10 years..

Lincoln

Certainly wouldn't pay anything to meet and greet anyone. Just because they have a talent to entertain doesn't mean they're any better than anyone else. And like everyone else some will be nice people and some will be dicks.

Burley

I won a meet and greet with Shakatak many years ago. It was really good fun - I went backstage at the gig, met Niles Rodgers and David Bowie who were there, got fed and hammered for free at the after-party at a top London restaurant.

Springfield

I'd pay 10k to iron Jennifer Lopez's lingerie.

(*if I had a spare 10k, which I don't, so please no messages asking if I'll do yours for 25 quid)

by the big field

Having met quite a lot of rather famous ’Stars’, for free (well technically I was actually paid)- very few are anything special, the M&G tickets are usually a quick hello, 30 seconds chat, a photo and a goodie bag with less than a tenners of ‘exclusive merch’ in them.

You’re better off hanging round near the tour bus as many will give a lot more for free if they’re bored

*the above excludes Morrisey, who seems to be a 24/7 mardy cunt who thinks he’s still 80’s famous

Ian brown used to occasionally visit the music shop I worked at in my youth.

Often you could go round rear of the building and have a smoke & chat with him, for nothing.
