Yeah. It's classed as a non medical intervention. I wouldn't have anything to do with it tbh.

I'd go and see a qualified professional, like a physio instead.

I'd agree. Your health is precious OP, followed by your money. If your GP hasn't advised but you've got a physical issue, you could see a physio privately. They can assess and recommend as well as treat and help you to improve your health.

There are thousands of alternative treatments, including quack approaches and ways to lose money.
