Some people must be sick in the head to come up with this stuff....create a profile and have their status saying like " majorly stressed out, can't take it no more " etc and fish for questions or reactions from others and the subject is them basically struggling and have a Special/Disabled child and low on funds

A few possibilities.

1. They're struggling and don't have good outlets

2. They're struggling, have good outlets, but have no filter

3. They're winding people up

4. They're trying to trick people out of money.

Best option, unless you know them, is to ignore.
