Do you have a go to film or song a place or even food when you just need some time for you?

If so what is it or are they?

Very similar; I like to be by wager whether it is by a lake or the sea. If I get to chill with a sunset at the same time, it restores my happy

I am a comfort eater, so to balance that and ensure it's a treat I like to be active and reward myself after.

So, today has been problematic and a tad stressful for me, and even though I have already run 6 miles today I feel the need to ditch my sewing class tonight and go to the gym instead to work away my stresses. After that I will reward myself with one of those mini size Easter eggs (Cadbury buttons).

I also enjoy being outdoors, whenever I need to talk through a problem with my husband as my sounding board, we head out for a walk to woodland/forestry.

Film is the documentary Man on Wire, so inspirational.

Music, something to make me dance around the kitchen, James Brown maybe.

Food, cheese on toast and a cuppa

The Deep Dark Woods

Curled on my sofa with my blanket and a good bar of chocolate watching one of my comfort shows/films. I like to retreat into myself in those moments and switch the world off.

Hunger Games. Best part of 10 hours of film and I don’t have to pay attention unless I want to.
