Just my opinion and experience having had my fair share of rough years.

What I’ve learnt, probably unhealthy ways of dealing with things, is that if you want things to get better. Even with the worst circumstances. You have a choice, either let it eat away and depress you(done this) and end up worse or “surviving”. Or, try to actively make it better. Either way, it starts with you first.

Things will get better, you've reached your nadir, the only way is up.

I know you can't compare your pain to others. But sometimes I find being mindful of what's going on to others/the world can help put your life into perspective and give you refocus. I don't know if that could help you.

I'm so sorry to hear this, sending you love and hugs. I lost my dad just over two years ago and last year I was pretty much on antibiotics constantly. This year has got to be our year. I'm here if you need to chat x
