Ok so not the self indulgent aren’t I lovely type of books. But which autobiography books have you read and then thought more of the person?

I usually listen to audiobook autobiographies.

Phil Collins and Bono's stood out for being very raw and honest although the latter became a bit self indulgent after a while.

Matthew Perry's which ironically I finished the week before he died was extremely raw but genuine.

I listened to Sinead O'Connor's shortly after her death and that was eye opening.

I've also listened to Michelle Obama and despite not really having an opinion on her beforehand I thought it was amazing.

The last one was Barack Obama's which was very long and rambling in places and not as interesting as Michelle's it was still very good.

I read a loads of biographies but some of my favourites include Barrack Obamas first book, Nelson Mandela, Catherine booth, Jonny cash.

I liked reading "If Chins Could Kill" by Bruce Campbell. There's a lot in there about his private life and what it's like being involved in the acting business but never being a major player.

The other person was Sharon Stone - a jaw dropping read. I had no idea of the challenges she had overcome
