Its official... I am on the way , They have given me a commode, a wheelchaisr andvarious tubes and i have to find a "carer" Slight disagrement with a dustbin lorry and a kerb. Cant do the stairs orhouswork and my memory about things is a permanent headach . I dont want to give up the sexual activity.actually i will needit more now . Is there abook? a place for advice films? anything

Unfortunately, there's no guide book, OP. What I can recommend is getting on Insta and following some disabled people on there. Depending on the nature of your injury, I could maybe suggest a few "influencers" via DM. Although influencers, these are the best sort of influence and share lots of helpful information, suggestions of aids, ways to navigate disability etc.

My injury is not technically an SCI, although I have slight spinal cord compression but I use a manual wheelchair, I have some bladder issues and have had to move to a bungalow and have people to help me get ready in a morning.
