No homemade curry will ever taste as good as from an Indian restaurant!

Make the best simple chicken curry by sautéing onions, garlic, and ginger, then adding chicken pieces, curry powder, and coconut milk. Simmer until cooked, and serve with rice—easy peasy, curry squeezy!

Carlisle usually

About a decade ago it started as a Rogan josh recipe. I tend to keep to the main flavour profile mostly but what goes in there every time is different 💜

I'm a fairly large wimp when it comes to spicy food. But I cook a (really boring) korma. Some nice veg curries.

I love Nisha Katonas chicken Dopiaza recipe. It's time consuming but so worth the effort.

Mango Chicken is about flavours not hot spice, so is a Butter dish.

Strong disagree ! Lots of Indian restaurants use pre-made sauces, also add too much salt and sugar.
