- Hi guis i come across a funny question:

- If you randomly see a face you recognise in your private day to day life /at work and is a co worker , but you meet the person in your local swing club.

- What is the best way to deal with this? As you never know that he/she is a swinger and coz u never talked about this at work with the colleague, due to the shine factor or just simply coz isn't your buisness. So you meet them in your local swing club and they happy to see you there buying you drinks and having a good night 😅🙂, next morning in work all eyes 👀 funny running around with some spectre of being verry shine about what's happen last night 🫣🫣😅 what will be some advices in this case? 🫠

There's probably a reason neither of you have ever brought it up at work - you, and they, don't want the whole world knowing what you get up to in your spare time.

Best advice? Preserve the status quo, and don't even think about bringing it up in the workplace

Half your co workers at the same club on the same night?! Now that’s a work do. Was all this on the company coin?!

What happens in the club stays in the club.

I was imagining Colin from Sales and Dave from IT showing Carol from accounts a good old time while HR sits there watching, furiously taking notes

I am really surprised I’ve never bumped into a co-worker at Ignite/Abfab

But if I did, I’d probably just carry on my way.

I did once see a colleague at a Costa where I was having a coffee with someone from Fab. I did get nervous back then but that was years ago. Don’t care much now.

Titz Towers, North Notts

I'd just enjoy the fact that they wouldn't recognise me and then instantly erase their presence in the club from my memory.

I also wouldn't play with them, as it wouldn't be fair on them

Just carry on as before in work.

Keep your work professional always.

What you do outside work should not affect your work.

Respect her and yourself in the situation here.

- I mean at the end of the day if you stick to the rule: Whatevee what's happens is only in the club and didn't go anywhere else over the walls i don't see nothing wrong with that but is like afcourse it's shine as hell 😅😅🙃🙃🫣

100% we come to an agreement to stick to the rule what's happening there is only there and did not go anywhere else 😅🫣. So that's just a surprise for all of us to see them there but we had a good night 😅🫣🫣🫣

You can talk about sex and swinging when out at clubs. It never needs to be mentioned at work.

A friend was propositioned at the coffee machine, by a guy who'd seen her out. He invariably discussed sex and swinging, until she cut him dead. They didn't know each other on a friendly basis at work and colleagues were forced to hear his inappropriate topics

Generally ignore, unless you have agreed anything in advance
