"Been concentrating on improving my form on lifts and exercises, only to then throw the tracking out on my knee. So now having to retrack it with individual leg extensions. Then to top it all off I was distracted on incline bench, over balanced my shoulder and tweaked the tendons, just getting back to normal now thanks to herbal remedies recommended by my trainer. I do sometimes wonder why I train when I keep injuring myself 🫣🫣😂😂" So I’ve had a trainer on here tell me that I’m doing things wrong by private message, also that I’m high body fat too, but I’m happy with my training regime and know I’m never going to win Mr universe so sod it. Another good session yesterday on legs, back and arms, with a Sauna tonight to help ease the aches before chest, shoulders, arms and a bit of self defence exercise tomorrow. | |||

" Don't listen to other people do what's right for you. We all start somewhere and a high BMI is not the end of the world, keep doing what you're doing proper form is better than ego lifting with bad form | |||
