Lie in for me. I rarely do them, but usually just an extra hour lying there wide awake, reading, or on my phone. Then I get hungry lol.

And when does a lie in become an early night? I once stayed in bed all day, when is the tick over point?

When ready to get up

I usually don’t like to lie in as make the days go too fast but had a rare Saturday morning where I have no work related running about to do so went back to sleep when first woke up rather than getting up didn’t wake up till half 9 and stayed in bed till ten felt amazing haha

Pre-children we could spend an entire weekend in bed. Bring meals up, nap, shag repeatedly.

Now I can have to get up as soon as the snacks run out and they get hungry

I don't have them often but sometimes I bring breakfast back to bed.

Currently still curled up under my duvet

My lie-ins are up to an hour and I just snuggle in the duvet, half snoozing, half looking at my phone 🥰

I can't lie in, Mr loves a good lie in, but once I'm awake I'm out of bed. It's annoying sometimes

I think a lie in should last as long as you let it. Last week I pretty much stayed in bed all week, brought my food back to bed. I'm still in bed now even though I woke up more than three hours ago.

I'm still in bed. I'll soon receive brunch in bed then I'll have a shower.

There's no maximum time.

Lie in.

And sometimes they last from the moment I wake up to the moment I go back to sleep. 🤷‍♂️

*loo/coffee/snack breaks aside of course 😇😇

Lie ins 💜

I'm currently still lazing in bed. I've had a nap, I've got up and had breakfast and come back to curl up in the warmth and comfort, had another little nap.

I'll get up properly shortly. I need to get ready for my niece's engagement party soon 💜

Sound the perfect morning when you have an event in the afternoon and evening.

My lie ins consist of me sleeping until I give myself a headache.

I haven’t had one in so long.
