Spoon carving and shooting.

Plus seaglass art and bunny is getting on board with that.

She's a runner. Luckily I can always catch her as she doesn't try to run too fast when I'm chasing her 😉

I knit.

Was always fascinated as a kid watching my gran knit. She could knit without looking, following a pattern and a full conversation with you all whilst producing this beautiful jumper etc.

When she passed I asked for all of her knitting stuff and bought a book on how to knit. This was pre Internet.

I've made loads of baby clothes for my neices children and a few jumpers for myself and my hubby.

Took a break but picked up my needles again before Xmas and in the process of making myself a cardigan.

Missin’ Yo’ Kissin’

My hobbies are an overflow to what I would like to do permanently. But might have to do a crap job in the meantime to support myself & build up a base in spare time... Ha-ha that's a definate LOL!!!!

My specialism is Abstract Art. So, I've got an interest in Cyanotypes .....

I won't say what I intend to do but it will involve abstract art in one form or another and CYANOTYPES. I want to build up pieces I could sell & make quickly!

Something for the futre perhaps...?

Good job you're ok rolling around on the ground.....it hurts when you hit the deck from height!! Far too many times for me! Still get back on!!

Upcycling metal garden rocking chairs at the moment! Love building garden structures...wouldn't want to look too closely at the joint work....a bit hit and miss!!

I'm drawn to vehicles, speed, and a little bit of calculated risk, so taking my car on track days and sharpening my driving skills is something that I get a great deal of satisfaction from, and the shot of adrenaline from the speed is always welcome. I also enjoy working on the car to prepare it beforehand, and checking it over afterwards. I find that strangely therapeutic.

I love flying, but I only get to do that from the passenger seat these days. I had to surrender my licence as I no longer meet the medical requirements.

I've started doing 'authentic' Chinese takeaway cooking.

Learned how to 'season' a wok so the food doesn't stick.

Made chicken fried rice and tbh it was very close to my local takeaway...the secret? MSG...just lash it in.

Gonna make takeaway curry sauce tomorrow...so see how that goes!
