Can anyone explain to me why a lot of us men are easily turned on when we see a beautiful woman in a sexy pair of heels with stunning long legs? Even more so for me if those heels are the open toe high heel sandals type!

1. Makes the legs look longer

2. The calf muscle is forced into a "pleasing" shape.

Apparently it's to do with how it makes the hips tilt in such a way as to emphasise the buttocks. Also, as has been already said, it accentuates the calf muscles as well as obviously making the legs look longer. And of course they're just bloody sexy.
