"None of them. They are rubbish"

Glad I'm not the only one. I remember when a girl I was seeing offered it to me to use one night (apparently my hair was a bit greasy) and I immediately came to realise why I found her hair so horrible (the rest of her was very nice, fwiw).

I guess that goes both ways - she didn't like my hair, I didn't like hers - but I hate the tacky-straw feel of hair with dry shampoo in it.

I like them for freshening up the hair when I go a day beyond it needing washed

o o OO o o

I can’t use them, I look like I’ve just walked out of a dusty cupboard.

I wear a bobble hat and hope for the best.

Don't go for the spray on ones.

Go for the powder ones. The 'no drought' one that lush do works well.

Thanks all. I've used Batiste before, I'll give a powder one a try I think, it might be easier to direct

"Why when you can just wash your hair or am I missing something sorry "

My hair takes 3-8 hours to dry.

Dry shampoo takes minutes to apply.

It takes me around two hours to wash and style my hair start to finish. Sometimes I need to delay by a day, dry shampoo makes it look better and stops it being flat

Some women have hair that takes a lot of time to style and dry. Sometimes you find yourself short of time, overslept, called into work unexpectedly, family emergency....

It takes a couple minutes to spray dry shampoo to already dry hair, it takes the op a couple of hours to dry her hair.

You must be trying to dry it with a heated tone of voice

Yes you can if you have heated appliances. However if I wash, dry and style my hair it will stay in that style until I next wash it. Using dry shampoo refreshes it, removes any grease and lifts the roots.

No. It's a stop gap when you don't have time to wash your hair.

Batiste hydrate is good. It’s not as drying as regular batiste although the regular is good to!

Ermmm...I'm bald. I can therefore only recommend Morrisons' own-brand body wash.

That's it, really. I have a can of Batiste somewhere for emergencies. It only gives me a day before I need to properly wash it but it's ok in a pinch.

I’m not surprised really. It’s not washing your hair, just covering it with more product on top of the grime and whatever else.
