But if that is the case it is very complex and needs somebody to take you through it. | |||

" I was being humorous, as always However hard drives are fixable, but Evie you will need someone to look at it, depends on the age of the device and whether it was of value to start with in relation to cost of repairs. "Don't despair. turn it on keep pressing f12. Should get a boot screen. There will be a system restore or factory settings. Will take an hour or so to reboot and then will open no probs. Will be like when bought tho. You will lose all files music photos etc and have to download all programs again like anti virus etc. Will take a day of updates to get it back but worked for me many a time Hope this helps" This had to do this to ours and worked perfect afterwards | |||
