How many pints? Glasses of wine? Shots? Etc

Does it take until you’re at your limit and you know you shouldn’t drink any more?

I don’t know my limit that’s why I don’t go out very often as I’ll just keep on drinking after my mates have gone home till everywhere closed and then be ill for half a week not worth it the days

I don't drink until I'm at my limit. In the past fifteen years there's only been one occasion (a house party) where I did. I like tipsy and always stop there.

Oh that's my limit.

I don't drink pints, it's normally about six/seven shots/a few glasses of wine. It varies. I'm happy to have a couple and say that's my limit.

Some days I can drink wine all night and feel absolutely fine. Other times I have one glass of wine and I’m ready for bed.

I usually have a glass of water between drinks because I’m old and boring now

I don't drink very often, but when I do, it takes me A LOT to actually get d*unk. And I sober up really quickly.

So I actually don't get to that limit very often because it's time-consuming and expensive

3 pints of Guinness and I’m tipsy. And I need to stop there.

1 bottle of red wine and I’m tipsy. No more.

2 glasses of Prosecco

Depends on why I'm drinking. Probably four if I'm out with friends in the pub.

Maybe two or three more if we go dancing after the pub.

Two if I'm on a date with someone new.

One if I want to read a book early on a Friday afternoon.

A bottle of spirits or three bottles of wine if I'm staying in with a friend and were not planning on sleeping and want to talk d*unken shite all night.

Most people I know have never seen me d*unk. I don't drink often and when I do it's usually not much but I can hold it like a polak.

Yep! Tipsy is a good limit (for me). As soon as the vowels become full twunty I know I need to stop.

But I don't have to drink to that point to have a good time. I just know after that point? I'm a menace.

I don't drink alcohol very often at all

I have a rum & cola in the house every so often, but that's it

I don't like being tipsy or d*unk or being out of control

I don't go into pubs unless it's to eat

In summer, I will sit outside a bar as long as there's shade

I also don't like the smell of alcohol on people's breath either

I’ve found my tolerance/limit is dependant on my cycle. Just before I am due I can be tipsy from two or three. After, I can tolerate much more.
