With the dreams within dreams?

Do you have dreams within your dreams? I’ve been having them for months and it’s pissing me off and scaring me.

So I’ll wake up, usually in my bed and I’ll get up and do something. Everything seems like I’ve woken up. But I am just in another dream. And sometimes this repeats for a bit. Last night I was (I’m my dream) hitting myself and taking myself to wake up. I did. But now I’m awake I realise I just woke up in another dream.

Does anyone else get this or has had this? Please help I really really don’t like it

That sounds disturbing. It's not something I experience, although truthfully when I remember my dreams I usually wake up in a blind panic because it's that recurring one where someone has broken in and has their hands around my neck 😬

Some people would wake up disappointed that that dream isn’t real 😳😳🤣

Have you tried using a Totem to see if this is your reality or you’re still dreaming? Remember it has to be personal to you, no using Leo’s spinning top(which was his wife’s) let us know how you get on.

You'd like to think if you were still dreaming, someone would have sent you nudes by now.

Sounds like you need to have more going on to dream about

If I do, I know nothing about it. I never remember dreaming anything. Everyone dreams every night apparently but all I ever get is blackness. Nothing from the moment I close my eyes to the moment I wake up.

...

I've had a few time's recently where I've been really irritated by an annoying noise (alarm clock ) that meant I had to leave the room / situation (dream) .... Dealt with alarm (semi-asleep), returned to room / situation (dream) and confusedly realized after a few mins it was a dream and I'm now awake

The sadness / anger has lasted a few hours sometimes 😆

I go through phases of lucid dreaming, usually when there's a change in my life/meds. I enjoy lucid dreams though!

Sometimes, I'll dream within a dream in these phases too, which aren't enjoyable. It's usually when I'm suffering with insomnia. I'll often have the "waking up late" dream within a dream. I chalk it down to anxiety and changes, myself. But, Idk!

What, that an intruder isn't trying to murder them?
