It seems we meet again.

Anyone else a sufferer? Apparently we're due a double hit of it this year due to a late blossom coinciding with grass pollen season.

I have a habit of taking 2 piriteze then falling a sleep 7 hours later.

You need to try this for next year now,

Before the season starts, take spoonfuls of locally made honey, but can synthesize Ian has to take steroids tablets.

Wash face, chance t-shirt once you come in from outside, don't hang your washing outside especially your bedding, Hope this helps

One plus point of getting older is that my hay fever seems to be a bit easier. Don't get me wrong I still get the itchy eyes and bunged up nose, but nowhere near as bad as I use to be. At one time I couldn't taste food from April through til around Sept, that was depressing as I love my food.

Ah I just get the itchy eyes and bunged up nose, though it always wakes me up around 5am in the summer, it comes and goes though so not bad really.

I'll try out the tips suggested

I suffer with hayfever which kicks off mild asthma which is rather annoying.

There is also another thing that can make it worse so i am told when you use wax type products in your hair the pollen stays on it.

My son used to suffer bad and a friend recommended a homeopathic remedy and it worked for both of my sons.

Its called "Allium Cepa".

0ne of my lads was tree pollen and the other grass.

Honey of course works as well but it has to the local honey which can be difficult to find these days.

Mine used to be terrible as a child would need eye drops, nose spray and tablets just to make it bareable luckily though its faded a lot since and can get away with just taking a tablet every so often now. You could try asking the doctor for stronger medication for it.

ok, here's what ya do.. DONT TAKE THE MEDICINES !!!

All you need to do is go and buy LOCAL honey, down as much as you can. It may make youi feel a little sick to have so much in one go but it works.

I used to get the worst possible hay fever and couldn't even work where my eyes were so puffed up, then a guy I knew gave me a jar of local honey and a day later it was totally gone. I've been preaching about this for ages now as it's a natural remedy that 100% works and lasts the whole year as well.

My son used to have the same issues and he no longer has to stay in to stop as much of the symptoms as possible.

Give it a go, make sure it's honey that has been made in your area though.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Always blow your nose before using the nasal sprays. Get some cool sunglasses and wear them. Change clothes when inside and try and isolate your outdoor clothes.

Try not to take antihistamines all year round as they can have a bone thinning effect over time. I know sometimes you have no choice.

I didn't get it until I was 15. I was in London and there was a massive thunder storm. The next day I could hardly breath but Dad thought I was in a huff, sighing all the time so didn't call a Dr till my nan told him to lol
