I’ll be doing lots of cooking today, meal prepping for the week. Breakfast sandwiches, smoked sausage pasta for lunches, a couple of slow cooker dump bags, chopping the veg I need, maybe a simple traybake, and a Chinese chicken recipe I got from my granddad 20 years ago for dinner tonight 🥰

My daughter made some cinnamon rolls last night

I am not doing much cooking lately, enjoying being fed though through my scrolling on Tiktok I’ve stumbled upon an account on delicious market food in different places in LatAm, I do fancy some gorgeous Colombian/Venezuelan/Mexican food. Can’t face cooking it though as it is labour intensive 😭😭😭😭

I think it will be leftover spag bol for lunch this afternoon 🥲

No cooking as of yet bit late to start a roast also too skint for a carvery, might have to break out the Too good to go app see what bargains are local later.

Harvester were doing a whole roast chicken and salad box for a fiver, just have to pick up after 9pm
