I know there are people here who know that stuff (i am useless) so I thought I might well ask and will be grateful for some clear advice if anyone can offer that please.

Grout - I have good porcelain tiles on the kitchen floor but the grouting has gone a bit grubby and I like things to look nice and clean. Any advice on what to do please? Normal rubbing even with a toothbrush is not making any difference.

Water pressure - used to be great and enjoyed high pressure showers. After installing a new bathroom, pressure is not brilliant. I have been told that a pressure pump can be used next to the boiler but getting confused with evrry coversation I have about it. Again, any help will be amazing.

Radiators - After recent work that meant system had to be drained, I get so gurgling goong on which I never had before. It's not constant but irritating. I bled all radiators thinking might be an air lock but has not cured it so far

If preferred, you can DM me instead. Thanks.

Not sure on kitchen floor tiles, but finding a brand called HG has been a game changer in the bathroom

Look for HG Mould spray- it's in B&Q, TKMaxx and on Amazon

Squirm, leave for 15-20 mins then rinse off

The scourer pad side of a kitchen sponge works fine in sorting more difficult areas

Mine must be extra filthy as that is what I tried but only made a tiny difference and my knees will never be the sane again

I can second the HG brand, their mold spray is good stuff. As for the gurgling in the ronan keating, I can only suggest you bleed when cold from bottom to top in your house and then again after it's been through a heat cycle.

Thanks, will try HG. I have bled them but will do again. Apparently sometimes takes several times.

Your boiler should have a pressure gauge and valves close by to increase/decrease it. Have you identified these and tried adjusting?

HG grout cleaner or similar. Or you can recolour the grout if it doesn’t clean up

Hot water and heating issues - is it a Combi boiler?
