How's your day

little house on the praire

I'm having a fantastic day. Went out the house for the first time since October (anxiety) my mum has been doing my shopping. So nice to go round the supermarket. Since I'm on a health kick my shopping is £25 a week cheaper and that includes my gin, so fuck knows what I've been buying. I've lost just under 2stone since Christmas and have my 60th birthday to look forward to.

Hope your having a good day too.

If things are difficult just try and think of the good times. Suffering from anxiety, depression and bipolar I have to take the good days when I can.

It's lovely to hear you've had a good day and successfully left the house 😍😍

I've been at work all day - heading to the gym in a bit for a step class.

I'm going through some angst at the moment, but my friends are supporting me through it

I'm feeling pretty good today to be honest! Been working out a lot recently so feeling pretty good about myself.

Stopping drinking is probably one of the best things I've decided to do, because let's be honest it's not good for you is it

OP, I suffer with Anxiety (an Anxiety disorder to be specific) myself so to hear you are doing well is fantastic! I hope it carries on for you

Well done you. And congrats. Maybe the next time will be even easier. It is too easy to focus on negatives when you feel down and important to find the positives however small

It's fantastic to read that you've had such a positive day, really pleased for you 👏 and fantastic results with your healthier eating too. Keep up the wonderful effort.

I am having a good day too. It's my final few days off before I return to work. I have been to the gym for a fun workout (tried something new and loved it, made me giggle and feel happy) and done a run on the treadmill to keep on top of my marathon training plan. This evening I have my 2nd training session with a charity that I recently joined and I'm looking forward to learning new skills.

That's really good to hear. I'm pleased for you.

I got antibiotics from the pharmacy and a face to face appointment for a GP in a couple of weeks.

I'm also trying to shop and eat better as my folates and iron are low again.

I'm tired, but in a good mood x

My 60th is also this year.

I've told my children no parties or meals with lots of people.

I think they've already got a plan though.

How are you celebrating yours?

Congrats OP. Sounds like your passing mile stones after mile stones. Keep that positivity going.

❤️

Personal my week has been sleep deprived. I just can't seem to get a routine back in again. But, work is reasonably OK and I'm looking to get some house decoration moving forward this weekend amongst planned events in Newcastle and Glasgow. Busy, busy weekend ahead.

well my actual birthday is a Wednesday so out for lunch and my best friend is coming round in the evening. Out for a meal Saturday then I'm not sure, year of surprises. I know they've got a WhatsApp group going about me. But definetly no party

There will definitely be a WhatsApp group by my siblings. I think I know what they'll get me, but I doubt they'll arrange anything. That's up to my children and they have strict instructions to not but me anything expensive or arrange a big party.

Yours sounds perfect x
