I think the beginnings of one look quite nice on women (and men) lean & firm is ok, but that full on six pack look, looks uncomfortable & malnourished , I would not want to lie next to that or encourage eating disorders.

Ive met a couple of woman who admitted they liked them & that skinny muscly look
