It has all gone according to plan.

I have done some household chores and altered some clothes (they always need the hem taking up).

Mr N has been doing some DIY.

Today has been a positive day, thankfully.

Yesterday I felt like I was coming down with the lurgy that's going around. I even left the gym 3 minutes in to my warmup.

This morning I felt a lot better and energised, so I did my planned 6 mile run and although it felt more difficult than it should have been, I felt good for getting out.

I have also had made positive steps towards my return to work next Monday, and don't feel overwhelmed. Which is actually a big achievement considering all I have gone through.

I have also had a little time with hubby, buying some outdoor clothing that I needed.

I am however mitching my sewing class tonight, only because my friend can't be bothered to go and that's enough to persuade me not to go.

So, all in all today has been a good day.

Had a great day at work then went to check on complaint from the lad in my flat that the hot water not working to find the immersion heater element I fitted just last week is fucked, fuck you Tesla evening now ruined
