Hmm well if I ever think about dieting I suddenly want food all the time so I tend to think okay I am going to eat well for the next week which means keeping off chocs and other junk food. Good luck and if you fiund a brilliant diet let me know

the word diet is misused as so as you say it its taked as short term so it always fail even if you loose wieght because its short term it goes back on Try thinking this way diet is what am going to eat everyday for the rest of my life you ,change your eating habbits slowly which, will reult gradual

life change of habbits and, because you loose weight slowly you will not loose muscle tone therefore, maintaining your figure, if you loose to quick you loose muscle the just shrink and stay the same shape

ps keep your calories up if you drop your carbs add a protien

monday here too...... not weightwatchers or any other slimming clubs for me just cuttin out all the junk and movin a bit more!! think we should start up a wee diet support forum!! xx

Im going to eat less and exercise more ... I do use the 'diet' word but I wouldnt say I go on one ( I know what I mean lol )

I lost 3 stone by NOT dieting and when I actively choose to do the D word I dont have much success - everything in moderation is the key xxx

you would be suprised how much exercise you can do having sex and its much more fun than going the gym

tuttttt..... you don't know me very well.... lying on my back is for when I'm asleep although I do break into a bit of heavy breathing when the guys I am with are catching their breath too

6 people + 5 hours = fantastic sex and more sexercise than a half marathon. (One of them was also my most personal fitness trainer) who needs to go outside running or into a gym for excellent cardiovascular activities???

Im eating HEALTHY ...

sod diets as they dont work.

I have stopped with the alcohol.

I dont have a sweet tooth so sweets, cakes etc dont figure.

And as soon as im well enough...

More exercise.

And.......

As with most challenges, motivation is the hardest nut to crack, for those serious about dieting maybe keep a food diary, enter into it everything you eat during the day, this will help monitor what your calorie intake is, another idea, keep a wall chart and enter your weight on a weekly basis so you can monitor your progress.
