I fully expect to get a stream of vitriol for this but need to say it .....

PMT is not an acceptable excuse for horrible behaviour.

It is not a get out of jail card for anything.

It does not excuse you from being a human being.

If a man behaved like some women with pmt do we would either be thumped or arrested or sacked.

For the love of god just do something about it.

until u have suffered with pmt u can not know the hell it is and some of us do try and get help my doctor told me i was depressed when i said for three days a month i could drive into a wall. there is a huge misunderstanding about pmt. also the only time men get a rush of hormones is when they fight woman's hormones r up and down all the time. i am sure people who top themselves when they have pmt there families will take comfort in the fact they should have got help

So severe hormonal imbalances which can cause mood swings and highs and lows are not allowed to cause a change in someone? Wow you're all for the sisterhood.
