I've never before used anything oily that didn't make me resemble a mobile chip pan

Sunday is usually a good day for me, as I'm not going to be going out, so the wet hair doesn't soak my going out clothes..I can wear a bath robe for half the day. | |||

In my case I can’t stop thinking about how gross it is and brushing it is agony … but my back was very sore from washing it in the kitchen sink 😭😭😭😭 plus the risk of falling and displacing fracture etc As soon as I am able to I am going back to washing it at least once daily. | |||

Does it not get matted? Mine kind of got resigned to not being washed often so it is not as oily, but it gets matted like a #%¥$£&@ even with brushing. I am so tempted to just shave it all off! how do you maintain please? "Oh I always go to a hairdressers. During Covid I washed it myself but never dried it. I don’t have a hairdryer 🤷♀️so it gets washed once a week, occasionally I’ll go 2 weeks. It often end up in plaits then though. Same if I’m swimming lots | |||
