"Sorry last thing on this - does anyone know any cheat foods or go to foods to stop the hunger pangs especially in the evenings?" Initially I went with gherkins 🤣 Something you like and low cal. But once your stomach gets used to not eating then you won't get the hunger pangs. It's because there are certain times of the day your body is used to getting food, I think I read that somewhere.... Someone said to eat a handful of nuts but I'd eat 2 bags so didn't work for me! Sometimes I'd have some salmon or if you prefer chicken? | |||

Maybe even do a workout…walk etc…. Take my mind off it….. but the hunger will dip off once your body gets used to the new regime | |||
