Had branflakes and a coffee.

lunch was a small salad of toms, cuc and red onion and half an avocado.

served with a mini wrap.

Porridge followed by poached eggs on toast with smoked crispy bacon and a cup of strong coffee.

Not long finished my first takeaway of the year, a South Indian Garlic Chilli Chicken washed down with a nice chilled lager and it was astonishingly good!!

Will start the lager diet on Monday
