A weird thing

So, I'm going through a reasonable patch right now (famous last words) and able to stand for brief periods, e.g. to make a brew. But, I've been not-standing for so long that I actually feel weird with my head being 5ft 6in off the ground. I don't feel like I recognise my own height anymore. It's a very odd feeling indeed.

Anyway - what weirdness has come over you recently?

My singing along to Tay Tay.

That is weirder than the weirdest of things that this beardy weirdy could do. 😱

There will never be tangible evidence.

What goes on in the car, stays in the car.

Tbf, I've not had my height measured in a while. I expect I've lost a bit in the general degradation of my spine

That sounds very promising Mrs KC

I feel a bit weird right now to be perfectly honest.

We’ve done a food shop at Aldi this week and got a pack of 40 party sausages. I tried one earlier this evening as an after dinner snack and the next thing I knew the lot had made their way down my throat and into my tummy

Now I have tummy ache.

To top it off I’m not impressed with the Aldi toilet roll.

Keep up the progress old friend and maybe treat yourself to a luxury biscuit or two as a reward.

I have not, no. It's not light headness. More a sense of feeling really high up.

You are so weird

Fold the toilet roll a few times and try not to poke your fingers through it 💩

Oh that sounds like excellent news KC! Presumably the pain is manageable compared to where you were just a few months ago?!?

I am trying to get my wrist to turn and had an aha moment that it's my ulna... So I've been doing lots of physio and strengthening and have discovered that if I roll my wrists together, under and up I can put it palm up!! Yayyyy!! Hurts like fuck tho

Manageable - yes. Survivable at present, which for me is practically 100% optimum health

Be careful with your twisty wrist, sometimes it hurts for a reason
