Having time away from TV, really enjoying listening to the radio again. Always on in the background but it’s refreshing to actually pay attention.

Both of those (although I still call it XFM and get constantly corrected by Alexa!).

And I'm pretty partial to Classic FM too

Actually will check these two stations out ! Thank you

Off to work in France next week so listening to french radio before going helps in brushing up in accent and grammer and diction flow

Caroline.

Absolutely no contest.

Album tracks format.

No set playlist and minimal DJ waffle, although they could benefit from keeping a check on that now and again.

Sounds great on 648 KHz AM coming from the old Overseas Service site with lots of compression on board!

Nothing else like it.

when I'm in the mood, also like to put on "WeFunk Radio"; it's an online Canadian Funk, Soul & Hip-Hop show on a Saturday night. Been online for years and every single show is available (they even have an App).

My sincerest apologies to everone.

I did not realise that this was going to be one of their excruciatingly awful once a month Manx Radio link up weekends when they play trash that belongs in the music dustbin and pad out with far too much driveloid DJ's rambmblings.

Sorry about that. Switch them back on for normal sane service on Sunday evening.
